"I have been with State Farm since December 1987 and have been a happy and satisfied customer. However, my agent Glenda Tolentino has retired and I thought this may be a good time to shop around for new insurance company and agency. I’m glad that I didn’t because I had the opportunity to talk to Teagen who provided me with an excellent world class service. We currently are in the process of homebuying and in need of homeowners insurance quotes urgently. Teagen was very prompt in responding and attending to my insurance needs. He is very efficient and very knowledgeable. He made things easy to understand and made sure to mention the different options available and explained their benefits. I am very pleased and happy with the excellent service Teagen has provided.
