"I've only been with this state farm rep for under a year. Things were fine until a couple of days ago when I was trying to get clarity with my car insurance and homeowners insurance. The representative (John) was very unprofessional and not helpful at all! His whole demeanor was that of.. I'm ready to go home because it's close to quitting time. Questions were asked and he got frustrated so in turn I was frustrated! Ultimately the whole ordeal put a sour taste in my mouth because as a customer you shouldn't be treated like he did me. Therefore if your office employs representatives such as this one I will advise others to take their buisness else where like I have!"
