"Called This office and Elba answered the phone , in desperation I needed my information changed on the policy in order to get my son in school registration , Elba went above and beyond taking 10 minutes of her day to ensure I get a copy so I can have my child registered. I wish I can give her Starbucks but she kindly declined . Decided she deserves a review for this !! Thanks ELBA!!"

"I’ve been with this office since 2014. Started with an auto policy. Bought property in 2016 bundled my policy’s. I liked the service initially so I added another property and some rental spaces. I had everything I owned covered by State Farm. Things went left when I was advised to change my home owners insurance into a landlord policy. This office has dropped the ball on not only my home owners policy but also on my car insurance my jewelry policy and just recently my renters insurance policy. There was never any sort of customer loyalty appreciation or consideration from this office. No discounts for errors or remedies to rectify their mishaps. Just a sloppy sorry and oh we understand your frustrations. I just recently switched auto policies to another company and will be taking my renters policies as well. All these reviews are from people who have just signed up and not from long time customers. Think long and hard about this office as your liaison."
